About BLN

BLN is a cycling club based in Norman, Oklahoma who advocate and promote cycling of all forms in Central Oklahoma. We strive to educate both new and seasoned riders alike in the nuances of road cycling, touring, racing, and mountain biking. The BLN hosts the Norman Conquest, a challenging road tour of eastern Cleveland County.

We have members who are heavily involved in local and national cycling. Our members serve on the City of Norman Bicycle Advocacy Committee, which is the city's long range planning board for cycling in Norman.

Tuesday Club Ride - 6:00 PM

The Tuesday club ride starts from the Forest Lumber parking lot on W Rock Creek Rd. A helmet is required and lights and a spare tube are recommended. Three groups depart beginning daylight savings from March to November.

Paces are estimated and adjustable based on riders’ fitness and preference. If in doubt, talk it out.

Be weather aware. We will not ride if it is raining.

Wednesday Club Ride – 6:30 PM

The Wednesday club ride starts from Lazy Circles Brewery.

Three groups depart beginning daylight savings from March to November. These are fun, social rides for entry level and casual riders.

BLN members share a special camaraderie and fellowship that comes from club rides. As a member you gain voting rights, giving you a voice that shapes the direction of our club and helps cycling flourish in Norman. Your membership supports cycling advocacy and local charities and services in Norman. Our league is also actively involved in the Norman Bicycle Advisory Committee.
